Details of Complaint*:grabeh kala ko i will get a response from smart sa complaint ko what i got was a personal email frm this employee of smart gateway ararneta named ELMER SAMPAYAN ..he said d daw sya takot mwalan ng trabaho dahil nasa america ang parents nya and he dont care and im useless.....Grabeh i cant take this anymore sana may makabasa manlang nito from smart ..dahil dto i dont have any plans of getting smart service allowing your employee to send email to customer is unacceptable ,im very disappointed kkaya pala ganun nalang sya mambastos ng customer ng smart kasi he dont care kung mawalan sya ng trabaho ginagamit nya pa parents nya ..this will be the last na magpopost ako dto ..grrrrrrrr NAKAKALOKA talaga ang yabang mo .. bastos ka grabehh it only shows kung anu talagang ugali meron ka ...thank you smart for the service im sad that i have i wont get your service anymore i was about to settle my account but because of what happened i dont want you anymore..at ikaw ELMER SAMPAYAN bawas bawasan m yang kayabangan m at wag mong inaaway ang customer cause in the first place thats your job to serve smart customer kung d mo kailangan ng trabaho dahil sabi mo nga you dont care na mawala yan dahil nasa america naman ang parents mo ..eh d wag mo rin sirain ang reputation ng smart dahil yung binibigay nyong service ang magrereflect sa customer kung anu ang image ng smart sana gawan ng aksyon ng smary tohhhh.... at kung sino man ang may authority dyan sa SMART GATEWAY ARANETA...thank you po
