Details of Complaint*:i bought a myphone a848i black las july 11, 2013; after a month my unit's lcd turned black..i brought it in their service center here in dagupan city, pangasinan and almost 2 months had passed and no positive feedback at all..so i posted a complain in their facebook accnt and even col customer care in manila....they said that they are waiting for the lcd but after i called customer care manila...few days after sept. 28 they gave my unit back to me and sept. 30 i returned my unit back in service center because of the following problem:so sim signal,no sound,no vibrate,no lights on buttons and screen is still elevating...after a week oct. 7 they agailn returned the unit to me and after testing it again, touchscreen is unresponsive, hangs and screen is still elevating....until now im still waiting and hoping that they my unit will be repaired. As a customer who paid right, i dont deserve this, myphone should already replace my unit.
