| Details of Complaint*: | <br /> There had been several cases of "ligaw na bala" and had killed several people already. Last night, its the Sto Nino fiesta in Binondo and there's a "ligaw na bala" that went in to our place in Soler, it almost hit my dad. I would like to bring the attention to the relevant groups to had an action on banning people firing guns during fiestas and holidays. |
