Dear Sir/Madam:

We avail the promo of smart bro internet under the name of my son June Karlo Villalobos last May 27, 2011 at SM SouthMall because of the freebies HP printer but the item is not available during the time, On last June 16 , 2011 I went to SM Bacoor Smart outlet to know the status of promo, the guard listed my name and told that we were called to pick up the printer, but from June 17 up to Sept. 30, 2011, nobody called from smart (Bacoor outlet) I went again t last Oct. 01, 2011 to personally follow up but the person attend me on the customer service named girlie / julibeth explained that promo ended last August 04, 2011, I ask her what happened to my logged name last June 16, 2011 it is supposed to be included in the cut-off of promo. She told me that my name was included and they gave the priority for those who claim in walk-in, but I think it's really unfair for those who gave effort as early as they can just to avail the freebies, she gave m! e a cp number for me to make the follow up, I constantly text but nobody answer . I went again the following week Oct. 08, 2011 and somebody from the customer service name mike, he explained to me that they had a text brigade for the claimant listed on the log book but I insisted that I don't received anything or it's because my listed number is Globe or Sun that I think the reason why I'm not receiving anyone.
I believe, one of the eye catching for the customer is the promo, and I think we need to be responsible about giving this because this is one of the reason why we avail too.
In this case all I want is the clear answer for my long awaited printer whom I believe I have a right to claim. Account name : June Karlo Villalobos ; SR#353933907
