SMART Customer Service

When I recently visited the Philippines I had to call Smart Customer Service to inquire why the internet service that i subscribed on my phone was not working. I waited for 15 minutes but there was no answer. I called again after few minutes and waited for 10 minutes and still there was no answer. Smart Sucks! the 7-day unlimited internet service that i subscribed was wasted - i was not able to use the service!

The day after, I bought a new SIM from Globe and luckily I got my internet services activated immediately and without any hassle. When i tried calling their customer service it only took me about 2 minutes to wait for the customer service rep to pick up the phone.

  1. me too i have a problem at their services because of some advertisement always popping up everyday, i want it to stop so i called their hotline and all i got was the lousy shit playing over and over again and no operator was picking up. after 15 minutes each of my 3 tries. i hung up and i want to kick someone from smart company. their services sucks. i only use this sim because all of my contacts was also smart but i guess if this problem persist, i will recommend everyone to change to other networks.

  3. They don't only suck they also don't live up to their name SMART. Even ordinary people can understand our letter. It says end the service when the smartbro contract ends by Dec 6, and they still kept sending the bill telling us to pay on December 31.

  4. i would like to ask help, where i can complain this?where in theres someone who giving attention to my concern. i have an account in smart which is line only worth 349,actually its not mine because i didnt used it and the sim was not given to me!meaning to say ive been incountered fraud agent,
    an agent name lani and the company went to our office offered a postpaid line,i was interesteds o that i tried to passed my certain documents needed,after waiting for their approval i was received a text that unfortunately i wasnt approved w/free handset but i approved in line only,and she texted me again asking if im willing to avail,definetly i disagree.after a couple of months,i received a billing and i was surprised.ive been reported this several times at wireless center and even to their customer service hotline,but no action,the process was too slow! stupid,and then i received a call telling that i have to pay my balance,its bullshit bcs they havnt seen my report in system she doesnt know my complain "bull shit diba?)they dont understand that their client has having a hard time to visit and make a report"kaya ko namang bayaran kung ginamit ko,sino bng papayag ,u will gonna pay pero hindi m ginamit,"nakakainis" and now they gonna send me a letter that ive been forwarded for collection dept. nor lawyr,im having iritate w/this kea please help me to clean my name..

SMART BAGUIO BRANCH!!they are not fxing our problem they keep on insisting that needed to pay daw a certain time n d nmn binayaran eh panu nmn babayaran eh wala ngang connection ng 15days eh tapos ipapabyad nila samin not only that ang tataray pa ng staff they are sarcastic and very unaccommodating we raised this issue many times still no action its been a year...promise cla ng promise wala naman clang PALABRA DE AMOR!!!!!SHAME ON YOU SMART!!!!!!
